With the continuous improvement of the state's environmental protection requirements, the 12th Five-Year Plan for the development of China's construction machinery industry has clearly put forward the development objectives of low-carbon, environmental protection, high efficiency and energy saving. The control of equipment noise, dust emission, harmful gas (asphalt smoke) emission, energy saving and consumption reduction has become more and more stringent, and asphalt mixtures have been stirred. The technical development of mixing equipment puts forward higher requirements. At present, domestic and foreign advanced asphalt mixing equipment manufacturers, such as Xizhu, Nanfang Road Machine, Deji Machinery, Malini, Amai and other manufacturers have advocated and applied technological innovation, competing in the field of resource recycling and energy saving and emission reduction, and made a qualitative leap in energy consumption and environmental protection.

3. Development of recycling equipment for waste asphalt mixtures
Research and development of asphalt mixture mixing and recycling equipment, recycling, heating, crushing and screening of waste asphalt pavement mixture, re-mixing with recycling agent, new asphalt, new aggregate and so on in a certain proportion to form new mixtures, re-laying to the pavement, not only can save a large number of raw materials such as asphalt, sand and stone, but also be conducive to the place. It is estimated that by the end of the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the annual recovery of waste asphalt in China will reach 100 million tons, and the recovery utilization ratio will be increased to 70% per unit. The annual capacity of asphalt recycling equipment is 300,000 tons. At the end of the Twelfth Five-Year Plan, the annual demand of asphalt recycling equipment in China will reach 230 sets or more. With the continuous improvement of recycling utilization rate of waste asphalt mixture, the demand for recycling asphalt mixture equipment in China will also increase. At present, the market share of Deji machinery is relatively high among domestic asphalt mixing equipment manufacturers.

4. Develop automatic and intelligent control technology. With the improvement of user's requirement for humanization, automation and intellectualization of equipment, the control system of mixing equipment will apply ergonomics design and Mechatronics Technology in a large number. While further improving the metering accuracy of asphalt mixing equipment, it will be automated and intellectualized. The requirement of chemical control and monitoring technology is also higher and higher.
